Skin Peel

TREATMENT AREAS
To be used topically on the face, neck,
décolletage and/or forearms.

TREATMENT DURATION
Recommended 2-4 treatments
(dependent on skin type) 2-3 weeks apart
for optimal results.

SUITABLE FOR
A patient who is 18+, skin type 1-6, trying
to achieve: Reduction in pigmentation,
improvement in skin texture, acne scarring
and general rejuvenation.

INGREDIENTS
Salicylic acid 14%, Lactic acid 14%,
Resorcinol 14%, Resveratrol, Silica,
Denaturated alcohol, Propylene Glycol,
Glycerol.

TREATMENT PROTOCOL
After careful consultation and assessing
of the patient’s skin type, use a brush
or gloved finger to apply a thin layer of
gel onto the skin. Leave for a maximum
of 5 minutes. The product will begin
the crystalise. When the affected area
is crystalised, the peeling process is
complete. Remove the crystallisation using
the SKINPROJECT Nanopeel Remover Gel.
This is a guide to timings only. Application
time depends on the skin’s redness and
patient’s pain tolerance level.

DOWNTIME
The procedure may cause mild erythema
and flaking of the skin. These sensations
will gradually diminish over the course of
a week as the skin returns to its normal
appearance. However, some patients
react differently.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
SKINPROJECT Nanopeel Jessner should
not be used on pregnant or breastfeeding
women, those who obsessively pick their
skin, or patients allergic to resorcinol or
any other ingredients. Please consult your
doctor if you are receiving prescribed
medication for a skin condition.

Warnings: SKINPROJECT Nanopeel
Jessner should not be used on patients
with an active skin disease. Never apply
the product on areas with erythema,
inflammation, irritation, or abrasion. The
peeling should not be used together
with other cosmetic treatments such
as microdermabrasion, electrolysis,
depilatories, hair removal lasers, waxing
or bleaching agents. A patient who not is
willing to comply with the photo protective
requirements noted in the post-treatment
instructions should not be given the
treatment.

TRAINING REQUIRED
Certificate in chemical peels.
